Holwell Sports Women FC have appointed a new manager.
Tony Palmer was appointed recently and joins then with a wealth of experience.
UEFA A licence qualified and 20 years experience in the professional game. Tony has coached at Forest women’s, Derby Womens and Managed Mansfield Town ladies. Tony also worked as head coach at Central college winning the BUCS league at the first time of asking.
He worked for some time as an FA girls development coach and 4 years at Notts County Boys academy.

He took a year out with moving house and work commitment. Tony has vast experience of building teams and getting the best out of them. He also plans to help build the club to introduce a development team and junior teams. Tony brings in his coaching staff to support.
Tony looks forward to the challenge and will discuss his plans further with Steve Hack on Sports Eye this Saturday from 2pm on 103 The Eye.
