Chris Berezai from GroundhopUK said: "We are delighted to announce a return to this popular event for the first time since 2019, three long years! This time we are kicking off the 2022/23 season in style with a change in this event for this year to take in some of the Leicestershire teams in the League. With League matches kicking off in July, we think we’ve come up with another great weekend for you, with seven matches across the League’s two tiers!"

Entry Available on the gate, £7 for Adults, £3 for Children Aged 13 & Under.

Groundhopping is a hobby that involves attending matches at as many different stadiums or grounds as possible. Participants are known as groundhoppers, hoppers or travellers. Largely a football-related pastime, groundhopping probably found its origin in football in the 1970s in England.
