NEMM was established in 2020 as a new way of getting local news, fast. We're independent and like it.

We regularly beat other news outlets to covering breaking news stories and pride ourselves in giving you the latest breaking news, and facts as quickly as possible.

We are not like newspapers or magazines that can be thrown away - nor do we cover our websites in full page adverts that make news hard to read.

We're simply here to give you the latest news and sport for our region.

While we're a small team of volunteers we do have running costs. If you wish to help contribute to these, please click 'donate' above to help with things like our website plan, domain etc. We'd really appreciate it - and it'd be cheaper than a subscription plan!
