Man arrested after car stolen in Melton

Police have now located a stolen car which they issued an earlier appeal about.

The black BMW 1 series was reported stolen from Dalby Road in Melton between 11pm and midnight on Saturday (20 August).

This morning (Tuesday) a 25-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident. He remains in custody at this time. The car was located today in Wellington Way, Melton.
