School pupils at a Melton Primary School have been learning about writing newspaper reports this week and have shared their reports on the return of the Melton Mowbray Christmas Tree festival.
The pupils from Sherard Primary School in Melton invited Rev'd Kevin Ashby from St Mary's Church to learn all about the festival and interview him for their school reports.
NEMM has worked with the school to share the reports so the pupils can show their family their work 'in print'. The children wrote their reports about the festival returning after it was cancelled last year due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
