Two special performances will be taking place in Melton next weekend to showcase Melton's history including a walking theatrical performance.

The Un-Naturalists will be performing a brand new show entitled 'Melton's Marvellous Stories' which will look at some of Melton's well known history in the form of performance.

Through sensational street theatre, this team of hysterical historians will reveal the accurately inaccurate historial facts behind Melton's stories.

The performances will take place on Saturday 1st June and are suitable for adults, children and families of all shapes and sizes! Tickets are free of charge.

One of the performances will be a travelling show through the town starting at Melton Mowbray Library at 11am and working its way down to Melton Carnegie Museum in Thorpe End.

The final performance of the day will be a static, non-moving show, at the Museum at 2pm.
