Town Estate confirm annual Town meeting details
Melton Mowbray Town Estate has published details of their upcoming annual town meeting.
The meeting will be held at the new venue of Melton Mowbray Baptist Church on Leicester Road on Monday 5th October at 7pm.
The agenda will include a welcome by the Chair of the Board of Feoffees and an election of feoffees and voting if required.
Minutes of the last meeting held 30th October 2025 will also be discussed alongside matters arising from the minutes and other matters that residents wish to raise.
Members of the public are encouraged to attend in what has been a challenging year for the charity.
Those entitled to attend and vote must be over the age of 18 and be an inhabitant of the area of benefit which is described as the former Urban District of Melton Mowbray.
The Town Estate say this is mainly LE13 postcodes but a full list of postcodes is available upon request.
Documents for the meeting including their accounts will be available on the Melton Mowbray Town Estate Website from week beginning 28th September.
