Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a 19-year-old man died in a collision with a tree in Great Dalby last night (Wednesday).
Police along with the East Midlands Ambulance Service, Firefighters and the Air Ambulance were called to Station Road just after 8.45pm following a report a white Vauxhall Corsa had left the road and collided with a tree.
One of the passengers, a 19-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the car, who is 18, was taken to hospital where he is continuing to receive treatment for serious injuries. Two passengers in the back of the car were taken to hospital to be treated for injuries that were not life-threatening or life-changing.
Detective Constable Emma Neeves, from our Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU), said: “I’m appealing for any witnesses or drivers with dashcam footage to come forward.
“Any information or evidence you’re able to provide regarding this incident could help our ongoing enquiries.
“This includes anyone who saw the collision occur or who saw the Corsa beforehand.”
